Quick Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients: *Makes about 18 rolls*
1. 1 3/4 C. warm water
2. 6 TBSP sugar
3. 1/2 C. oil
4. 3 TBSP instant yeast
5. 1 1/2 tsp. salt
6. 2 eggs
7. 5 1/2 C. flour

Melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon

Directions:
Mix together #1-4. Let sit for 15 minutes, then add next 3 ingredients. Mix together and roll out into a rectangle, about 1/2 inch in thickness. Spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon mixture. Roll up dough and cut each individual roll about 1 inch in thickness. Place cut side down on greased cookie sheet or in greased muffin tins. Let sit 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly, then frost.

Frosting: Mix powdered sugar w/ small amount of milk or cream. Should be consistency to drizzle on rolls.

* I'm not a huge fan of powdered sugar frosting, I would suggest making a cream cheese frosting instead*
